Wanted to think Bryan and I don’t know, his brother? I brought my mower in to be checked because it was either the starter solenoid or the starter. That was the problem since everything else checked out. Automatic breaking noise when you pull the arms in and out. Turn the key just in one click only. I had it on my trailer and they said let’s check this out real quick. Came down to a loose connection to the starter and he tightened it up. And now it started with no issues at all. I was there like maybe five maybe 10 minutes at the most. The starter bolts appeared to be a little burnt, he said, and you may need to eventually replace it. He showed me how in case I want to do it when the day comes or bring it and he would be glad to replace it for me. I asked how much he said no charge. I really appreciate their quick check on it while I was on my trailer and the instructions in case I need to fix it myself down the road. But he said you might as well drive it until it breaks. So I took it home and I mowed the lawn and everything is great. Thanks again. Toro zero turn model 7574 which is a 54 inch cut. I was in a pinch with my mower and Adam was able to fix it in a couple hours and had me back to mowing. Adam and Ryan’s customer service is top Notch Thank you

One of the best customer experiences and easiest transactions I’ve had in months! Their customer service was top-notch! Went in to buy a new mower and Ryan helped me from beginning to end. He answered all my questions, showed me all the features, took care of my warranty registration and delivered the mower to my house…the entire process took less than an hour… another reason to shop local and buy from small, family-owned businesses. Selection of hanging baskets was slim. I asked at checkout if they could pot up the four annuals for me and was responded to with a hearty chuckle. Is that not a thing? Won’t a greenhouse pot your plants for you if you ask? I was prepared to purchase a pot and soil. It was a weird experience or maybe I’m the weird one?

We use Pernod's greenhouse for all of our equipment. They are awesome. We just recently purchased a brand new toro 30 inch aerator. Ryan helped us along the way to make the purchasing process smooth and quick. They got us this aerator within 3 days of the purchase. they have great customer service, and always have those little parts that other places don't carry on hand. I cannot recommend Pernod's greenhouse enough!
